I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my daughter, Elizabeth, on 9-20-03. She had just turned 20 and was attending the University of Minnesota. Fire broke out in her duplex and she and two of her roommates died from smoke inhalation. As difficult as it has been, I am so incredibly grateful to God that she was a part of my life. That old saying that it is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all rings so true. Liz's presence in my life is still very, very strong. I pray that you have that sense about Jenna as well. Our daughters have much to offer us if we just stop and listen ... we will hear them in so many different ways. I started a blog in July, 2007. I call it Love Lives On ... because it does. That bond of love that we share with our daughters is never broken ... not even by death.
